Thank you for signing up to volunteer for Wish Night 2012! An event on this scale would not be successful without the generous efforts of our volunteers. We are working to make this a great experience for you, so we encourage you to provide feedback throughout the process.
Sponsorship and Auction help needed!
We could use your help! Sponsor and auction information is included in the attachments accompanying this e-mail. No item or donation is too small! If everyone even identifies just one sponsor or auction item for the event, it will make a difference. Consider asking friends, family, businesses you frequent, etc.

Volunteer Eligibility:
Volunteers must be 21 years of age or older since alcoholic beverages will be served at the event. If you or someone you know is under the age of 21 but is still interested in getting involved, contact volunteerwishnight@gmail.com to discuss other ways to help.
Formal Dinner Tickets
For those of you who wish to attend the formal dinner and show, tickets are available for purchase at $85/person. Checks should be made out to the “Make-A-Wish Foundation” and sent to the below address, no later than May 5th:

Please note: The special volunteer rate for the formal dinner is only available to volunteers scheduled for the following shifts: 5:00-8:30pm, 8:30-11:30pm, & 11:30-2:30am.

Discounted Hotel Rate for Volunteers:
Wish Night volunteers are eligible for a discounted hotel rate of $119 on Saturday, May 12th at the Hilton Anatole. If you are interested, please call 1-800-955-4281 and say you are with “Wish Night.”
